Window Cleaning
I will use a soap and water solution and squeegees to clean the glass interior/exterior and then detail the edges with surgical towels. Small bits of paint and other stubborn substances on the glass will come off with a razor or scratch-free nylon scrub pad. I will vacuum and/or wipe clean the sills, whatever is working best, wipe the exterior sash frames, and brush off any spider webs from the casing and trim. Wiping the screens with micro fiber finishes the process. Some very specific jobs can be done more efficiently with an ultra-purified water system.
Construction Cleanup
Removing stickers, caulking, and paint from fabrication or construction takes special care. At times, the glass isn’t just glass! It can be very prone to scratching. Experience with tempered or other specialty glass is essential to knowing how to approach this type of job.
Glass Restoration
Eliminating metal oxide residue caused by metal screens, hard water deposits, or other types of stains will often require chemical restoration. This can be time consuming process, but may be well worth it.
Exterior Light Fixture Cleaning
Exterior light fixtures get dusty and covered in spider webs. These fixtures are beautiful and will shine again after a thorough cleaning.
